DELTA®-FOOTINGBARRIER application on a residential foundation in Beamsville, ON

These pictures show the application of DELTA®-FOOTINGBARRIER on a residential foundation with keyway. The product acts as a capillary barrier to prevent soil moisture from wicking upwards into the bottom part of the foundation wall. The membrane is simply adhered to the wet concrete of the freshly poured footing.
