DELTA®-COOL 28 used in a Glass Facade application on a Zero Energy office building in Kempen, CH.

These pictures show the application of DELTA®-COOL 28 in translucent PMMA panels in a glass facade system of a zero energy office building in Kempen, Switzerland. Every second window panel is equipped with the phase change material in order to reduce solar heating of the interior office space. The solar energy that is stored in the PCM gets release during night time, when typically the building would need to be heated to maintain a desirable temperature.
